Being able to get to class twice a week now with the extra Huntington class has really given my fitness a boost as well.
You have the gift of getting to know everyone and making sure everyone gets what they want out of every class to improve their own personal fitness levels.
As you know, I loved running but now I can't do that any more because of my cronky knees Nordic Walking really fills that gap. To be able to do the Nordic Walk 10K at Grassington the other week was a fantastic experience for me as well.
